With a leasable area of 70,000 sqm and a strategic location within an industrial estate in East Jakarta, this project represents our debut in logistics warehousing. Joinly developed with ESR and INA, the project was completed in April 2023 and successfully exited in March 2025. The facility incorporates modern warehouse specifications, reflecting our commitment to delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality industrial developments.
