2015

Entered the Indonesia real estate market by partnering with Tokyu Land Indonesia on the Branz BSD condominium project in BSD.

Formed a joint venture with Lippo Cikarang for the Orange Country Tower G&H condominium project in Cikarang.

2016

Expanded into the landed housing market through a joint venture with Sinar Mas Land for Zora project in BSD.

2021

Established PT Diamond Development Indonesia (later renamed PT MC Urban Development Indonesia) as a 100% subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation, strengthening the long-term commitment to the Indonesian market.

Formed a joint venture with PT Pakuan Tbk (Vasanta Group) for the Shila Sawangan landed housing project in Depok.

2022

Officially rebranded to PT MC Urban Development Indonesia (MCUDI)

2023

Entered the Industrial and Logistics sector in partnership with ESR Group and INA (Indonesia Investment Authority)

2024

Became a 50% shareholder of Mitbana, a joint venture with Surbana Jurong, to collaborate on large-scale Township Development projects including Hiera BSD and Green Bestari Park.

2025

Commenced the Second Industrial and Logistics facilities project in collaboration with ESR Group.
