Mrs. Luluk serves as the Human Capital & General Affairs Department Head at MCUDI, where she oversees key functions including Organization Development, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, General Affairs, and Information Technology.

Prior to joining MCUDI, she accumulated more than 13 years of experience across both multinational and local companies. Her expertise spans a wide range of human capital initiatives, including new company establishment, strategic talent acquisition, and the development of high-performance work environments that foster employee engagement and organizational success.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Semarang State University, Indonesia and a Master of Science in Psychology from George Mason University, Virginia, USA.
