Management Profile

Mr. Nakajima is the President Director of MCUDI, leading the company’s diverse urban development initiatives across Indonesia. Throughout his more than 20-year career at Mitsubishi Corporation—MCUDI’s parent company—he has built extensive expertise in real estate investment, development, and structured finance.

His career encompasses pivotal roles in legal affairs, financial planning, and real estate fund management. Notably, he was seconded to Diamond Realty Management Co., Ltd. and served in senior management at Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development, where he oversaw a wide range of real estate development projects in Japan.

Mr. Nakajima holds a Bachelor of Laws from Keio University.
