Ms. Utomo serves as Business Development Department Head at MCUDI, where she is responsible for identifying new investment opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, and managing ongoing industrial projects.
Prior to joining MCUDI, she has accumulated over 10 years of experience with multinational and local real estate developers, focusing on residential and mixed‑use developments in Indonesia.
Notable experience includes leading feasibility, master planning, and conceptual development for large‑scale urban projects.
She holds a BSc in Project Management for Construction from University College London and an MSc in Regional Urban Planning Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
