Mr. Leonardo Sanjaya serves as Head of Legal Department at MCUDI, where he is responsible for leading the organization’s legal function.

Prior to joining MCUDI, he has accumulated years of experience across real estate, restructuring, private equity, commercial litigation, and compliance.

Notable experience includes serving as in‑house counsel at an international private equity firm focused on special situations real estate investments, and advising on high‑value M&A transactions at a top‑tier Indonesian law firm.

He is a licensed Indonesian Attorney and holds a Bachelor of Laws from Trisakti University, graduating as valedictorian.
