Mr. Ernst Adhikara Chandra serves as Head of Leasing Department at MCUDI, where he is responsible for leading the company’s leasing function. Prior to joining MCUDI, he has accumulated 17 years of experience in industrial supply chain and logistics business development, including 4 years in industrial real estate. Notable experience includes managing leasing strategy and tenant relations for logistics‑oriented properties. He holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Industrial & Organizational Psychology) from Atma Jaya Catholic University Indonesia.
