BSD City, 22 September 2022 – Sinar Mas Land and Mitsubishi Corporation through its joint-venture company PT BSD Diamond Development unveiled the show unit of Kanade. It is the newest residential cluster at The Zora, a premium mixed-use development in BSD City. It will be the last housing estate at The Zora at BSD City. There are 67 units for Kanade’s first selling phase, ranging from IDR 6.3 billion.
Standing on a land area of 3,3 hectares, Kanade presents a premium quality residential with “Living in Harmony” concept by combining the best designs, facilities, and materials for its residents. Each house offers an arrangement to suit the owner’s needs including spacious and comfortable spaces.

There are 3 types of housing in the Kanade cluster, such as Type 12 (gross floor area 485 m2/land area 264 m2), Type 10 (gross floor area 358 m2/land area 200 m2) and Type 8 (gross floor area 242 m2/ land area 136 m2). Each unit in the cluster has 3 floors and still with the philosophy of ‘3 Generation Residential’. This latest cluster is also equipped with security features such as a triple security lock door system, as well as an integrated security system connected to the gate, a home elevator for types 10 and 12, and a low emissivity glass that can reduce heat by up to 30%, for healthier and more energy-efficient homes.
Since 2018, The Zora at BSD City has successfully marketed four residential clusters namely Keia, Kimora, Kazumi, and Kiyomi. BSD City, 22 September 2022 – Sinar Mas Land bersama dengan konsorsium Jepang yakni Mitsubishi Corporation melalui PT BSD Diamond Development pada hari ini meresmikan show unit klaster Kanade di The Zora, sebuah kawasan mix-used premium di BSD City. Kanade merupakan klaster perumahan terakhir di The Zora yang pada tahap pertama ini dipasarkan sebanyak 67 unit dengan harga mulai dari Rp 6,3 milyar.
